My name is Emma Oxton and I am a qualified Maths teacher, BSc(Hons) PGCE, with over 25 years experience of teaching in the classroom. I have taught in 6 different schools, from mainstream secondary (11-18) to selective Independent (11-18) schools. I also taught, for 3 years in an SEN School for children with ASD, ADD, Dyslexia, or anxieties which create a barrier to their successful learning in a mainstream environment. Overall, I can conclude that all students learn differently, and one size does not fit all. I have a passion for teaching Maths and obtain great satisfaction from helping students overcome their individual difficulties.
